Steak Sandwich

Serves 4





1.  Marinade Rib Eye in PRZ Steak Marinade for 3-4 hours. Half cup of olive oil, 5 crushed and shredded garlic cloves and 3 stems of rosemary. Take all ingredients including the steaks and massage them in big bowl. Cover then refrigerate over night or 4 to 6 hours.

2.    Heat up your skillet 1 tablespoon of olive oil, add some rosemary and 2 to 3 crushed garlics into the oil mixture.  


3.  When you are ready to cook the steaks, take them out of the marinate, place them on a plate and drizzle each side with salt and pepper. 


4.  Cook the steaks on the first side for 4 minutes, once you turn over, add a teaspoon of butter on each piece of meat and cook for 5 minutes. 


5.  Take the steaks off and put them on a cutting board, and slice them immediately, rest them aside. 



6. Reheat your same pan, add teaspoon of butter or olive oil, take some of your roasted onion and satay lightly for 5 minutes, giving the onions more life and some crispiness, set to the side.  




7. Preheat your broiler. Take a piece of toast, spread with mayo on each side, take one piece and add your cheese, next add pieces of the meat, put some of the roasted onion on top of the meat followed by the other half of the toast.

8. Place the sandwich in the oven, let it broil for 1 one minute each side (use a spatula to turn sandwich over). Be sure to turn over so both sides of the bread, so your Steak Sandwich is consistently toasted.
