Manhood TV Basic Guacamole

Whether it’s the Super Bowl, a movie, or you’re just having some friends over, a good guacamole goes a long way. It’s a healthy snack, depending on how simple you make it; you can eat with chips, nachos, or pretty much anything. I was always searching for the best guacamole recipe, but just like everything else in life, the best guacamole is the always the simplest version. Oh yeah don’t forget the best part, the beer.



  • 3 Haas avocados, halved, seeded and peeled
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/2-teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2-teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 medium onion, diced
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 to 1/2 jalapeno (with or without seeds), minced


PRZ Guacamole



1. In a large bowl place the scooped avocado pulp and lime juice.


2. Mash well and add the salt and cumin.


3. Then, fold in the onions, jalapeno, tomatoes, and cilantro.


4. Add 1 tablespoon of the reserved lime juice.


5. Serve with tortilla chips.
