Lateral Raise

A basic isolation arm exercise that can be done with dumbbells or machines that
works and strengthens the shoulder muscles.


Step 1: Stand, holding dumbbells to your sides.

Step 2: Keeping your elbows bent slightly, lift arms out to your sides, stopping at
shoulder level.

Step 3: Lower back to start. Do 10 – 15 reps.
